I've lost/forgotten my password, how can I change it/retrieve it?
Please send an e-mail to "support@3dgirlz.com" from the e-mail account you signed up with. We will promptly issue you a new password, or send an e-mail with the old. You MUST use the e-mail account with which you signed up, all other requests will be immediately rejected.


If I cancel, how can I be sure I cancelled successfully?
When you use the automated cancellation system from CCBill, a confirmation e-mail will be dispatched to the account with which you used to sign up for 3DGrilz.com. If you do not receive this e-mail, or continue to be billed after cancellation, please send an e-mail to "support@3dgirlz.com".


What software do I need on my computer to use 3DGirlz?
In addition to the minimum specifications provided below, you will need a decompression software such as WinZip 11 or WinRar 3 (required if on dialup and downloading the game in parts) to open the game once you've downloaded it to your computer.
